General Introduction

  • U2816 Series Precision LCR Meter is a new generation of impedance test equipment with high accuracy, wide measurement range and six digits resolution. Being possessed with test frequency up to 200kHz, test voltage of 10mV-2V, built-in typical DC bias and -10V-10V DC voltage source output (this function is optional), it can meet all requirements for measuring components and materials and provide insurance for production line quality control, incoming inspection and laboratory precision measurements. Otherwise, the Handler, RS232C and GPIB interfaces (optional) as well as improved command system provided by the instrument make it easier to build the test system.
