The AT3817A gives you accurate impedance measurements for testing and classifying capacitors, inductors, resistors, and more. With a basic accuracy of 0.05%, you can rely on its test results to verify component values and detect defects.
A wide test frequency range of 10Hz to 100kHz covers all common reactive components, while a 0.01V to 2V signal minimizes impact on the component under test.A fast test speed of 40 cycles/second enables efficient in-line production testing.
More features are available through DC resistance measurements and optional DC bias voltages up to ±2.5V. Intuitive color LCD clearly displays numbers in large font.
