Tips:

1. If your devices without 4 HDMI interfaces, please purchase 8K adapters with chip. The quality of adapter will affect the function of the KVM switch;

2. If your devices with a docking station and you meet display issue, we suggest you use another docking station to have a try. The quality of docking station will affect the function of the KVM switch.

3. If you want to use 4 monitors, you should confirm that computer with 4 video output. If one of your computers with 2 video outputs, and you connect this computer into USB 3.0, A, C port of PC 1 IN, that monitors of OUT A and OUT C have display.

4. If you want to get 8K@60Hz or 4K@144Hz resolution, your devices(include computers, docking station, adapter) all should support that resolution. The KVM switch is like a bridge for transferring computers signals to monitors, it cant change your devices resolution. For example, all of your computers and the monitor all support 4K@144Hz, but one of your computers needs to use an adapter, and this adapter only supports 4K@60Hz, then this computer only supports 4K@60Hz but not 4K@144Hz.
