Description

This package comes with two 2-packs of our 5" x 11" Western Red Cedar grilling planks. This size of plank fits 2-3 servings each. Use these planks to flavor your favorite foods. Cedar pairs especially well with salmon, vegetables, soft cheeses with a rind (like brie), chicken and pork chops. Planking is easy! Simply soak the plank, place your pre-seasoned food on the plank and cook on the grill or in the oven! Always make sure to keep a spray bottle of water handy for any flare-ups, and do not leave the grill unattended.
