What are the optimal uses for Osprey 300 Pro?

Osprey 300 Pro is designed to be used for pools of less than 1300 sq.ft in size, either above or in ground pools.

Will it work on angled slopes?

It is supported to work on slopes of up to 15 degrees. However, it does not support climbing walls.

How well does it clean up microscopic waste?

It can clean up sand, debris, sediment and other fine garbage very well because it has a 180 micron filter size inside, which is enough to intercept most of the garbage.

My WYBOT stops working. What can I do?

1、Please make sure that the battery power of the cleaner is at a healthy level. If it is in low battery status, please charge it in time.

2、Check whether the cleaner is trapped or in a corner

Is the charger bivolt? (110-240)?
