What is the best way to care for your umbrella?

Let it air dry while open. Once dried, fold it carefully and do not pull the fastening tape too tightly. If you need to clean the material, please use a soft cloth moistened with pure water, as detergent can remove the waterproof coating.

What does "tested in a wind tunnel" mean?

Our umbrella frames are equipped with additional flexibility - fiberglass or carbon components, which in turn reduces the load on the poles. To ensure the stability of our umbrellas, they are regularly tested in manufactured wind tunnel.

Equipped with a practical automatic opening function, this elaborately crafted umbrella has become a gem from the Knirps brand. The individual parts are put together in 31 steps. Only real Italian maple wood is used for the elegant handle, which gives the umbrella its unique character. handle is elaborately handcrafted in Germany and care is taken during production to ensure that it sits comfortably and securely in the hand. In addition to the elegant design, this umbrella is extremely stable thanks to 10 struts in the canopy, which means that the stick umbrella can withstand wind speeds of up to 62 m/h in the wind.
