●Kit includes the OE style filter?regulator used in the 1999?2004 for C5 Corvette and a set of AN?6 adapter fittings. The combination fuel filter and bypass regulator delivers 58 PSI (4 BAR) to your fuel rail and returns unused gas to the tank.
●This set includes screw?on type AN?6 adapter fittings for the 3/8in supply and 5/16in return ports; these are stronger and inspire more confidence than the OE?style plastic snaps and do not require special tools to disconnect. Outlet uses the male 3/8in quick?connect to AN?6 (?6AN) fitting.
●Your electric fuel pump works continuously & this bypass regulator passes excess fuel back into the tank so the pump can run freely. (A dead head regulator creates back pressure on the fuel pump which can cause wear & premature pump failure.) This filter?regulator is commonly installed near the tank so that only a short return line is required.
●Great for fuel injection (EFI / FI) retrofits and for swaps to modern engines like the for GM Gen III and Gen IV V8s in 4.8, 5.3, 6.0, and 6.2 displacement: LS1, LS2, LS3, L76, L98, L77, LY6, LFA, LZ1, LY2, L20, LH6, LS4, LSX, etc. Also used in V6 LSX swap.
