Several reasons to cause the failure of gas regulator
Specifications
Gas inlet & out size is 3/4"-FNPT. Please use the 3/4"-MNPT to connect the regulator.
For natural gas appliances use only.
Gas inlet pressure is 3/4 psi or 3,485 pa. Out let pressure is 4" WC or 1,750 pa (factory setting), adjustable from 3 to 6" WC.
- Maximum flow capacity is 150,000 BTU/Hr.
Notes
- Make sure gas flow through the regulator is the same direction as the flow arrow on the body. Inlet & outlet connection are clearly marked on the regulator body.
- Too cold or too hot ambient temperature will affect the spring or diaphragm, and then affect the performance of regulator.
- If debris or dirt found inside affects the performance of regulator, please do not try to losen the screws to fix and repair it, or not, there will be gas leakage.
