Once cured, it forms a tough and flexible rubber seal that withstands challenging conditions, including sunlight, rain, sleet, snow, UV radiation, ozone, and extreme temperatures. This sealant provides exceptional durability, making it suitable for demanding environments. The 10.3 oz cartridge with a removable tip fits standard caulking guns, enabling easy application. It boasts trusted certifications such as being UL recognized, USDA P-1 rated, and NSF Standard 51 listed, meeting stringent industry standards for quality and reliability. Additionally, meeting extraction requirements No. 21 CFR177.2600, and complies with TT-S-001543A, TT-S-00230C, ASTM C 920, and MIL-A-46106A Type 1 specification. With a shelf life of 24-30 months from the BOD date stamped on the packaging, this sealant remains stable and flexible from -60°C (-76°F) to 177°C (350°F), with intermittent peaks up to 200°C (392°F). Please note that this sealant is not suitable for use on porous surfaces, surfaces that will be painted, or for applications with prolonged water immersion.
