Reasons for short belt life:
1. Failure to use the correct model (marking), especially with shorter or wider belts, is the most common for DIY vehicles
2. Violent driving, causing the clutch to reach its limit in a very short period of time, causing the clutch to stick and not separate, resulting in the belt being stuck and broken by the clutch (this is not a problem with the belt, no belt can withstand this situation)
3. Using inferior rubber belts, excessive wear occurs during normal driving less than 500 miles (belt width wear exceeds 2mm)
Qualified belt standard: Normal driving for 500 miles (without violent driving), belt width wear less than 2mm
Poor quality belt standard: Normal driving for 500 miles (without violent driving), belt width wear greater than 2mm
If the fracture of the belt is not caused by severe wear, it is not a quality issue of the belt, as it is not caused by the belt itself.
