- Q: Dashcam can not be turned on.
- A: In the case of full battery level, if the dashcam cannot be turned on, it is usually caused by the failure to reset the dashcam when it is turned off. At this time, you only need to press the reset button for about 1 second to reset, or you can plug in the charger to reset. (Charging will not reset when the dashcam is powered on).
- Q: Cant connect to wifi / WiFi doesnt appear in the list / Cant connect with the app?
- A:Long press “Recorder & Camera On/Off button” and the green light starts to flash, the frequency is once every 3 seconds. At the same time, the blue light and the red light flash alternately.
