Q: How to adjust the height of the dancing pole?
A: The height can be adjusted with the screws height adjuster on the top.
(Noted: The extension distance of the height adjuster should not over adjustable cover.)
Q: How to change the static mode and spinning mode?
A: There are two screws(knuckle) of bottom base that can be adjusted by fixing (static mode) or taking out ( spinning mode).
Q: Pole Dance doesnt spinning ?
A: 1.Have you remove the two screws(knuckle) of bottom base for it to spin?
2. The pole will be stick if it is not line up and install on the ceiling beam correctly.
3. Have you loosen the flange nut on the black height adjuster?
Q: Everywhere in my bed room it isnt straight all the way what to do?
A: You could cut a piece of wood the size of the dome or round part that goes against the ceiling screwed the wood into the beam then put my pole on that it works.
Q: My pole makes a clicking noise when it turns. How can I fix this?
A: 1. Please confirm whether the dance pole is installed horizontally and vertically on the ceiling beam. If it line up, please loose the height adjuster cover a half-turn.
2. If the pole not line up, please take the pole down and re-install it.
(Noted: As the new pole needs a period of running-in period to make it rotate more smoothly, it is normal that the pole dancing will produce a clicking noise at the beginning of use).
