Push the transformer 12V, the primary 5+5 turns, about 30W.●Input voltage DC 5V~15V, this voltage range is the voltage at work, not the voltage when the power supply is empty! (The voltage exceeds 15V or below 5V. We do not guarantee that it can work normally.)●Make sure that all components are soldered correctly, the positive and negative poles of the power cord are not reversely connected, after the load is connected (heating coil, transformer), and then power on! Can not power on at no load which makes it easily broken.●When inductive heating, usually work for 5 minutes to power off cooling. Because the current is relatively large during induction heating, the coil heat is also relatively large. When heating, part of the heat generated by the heated object is transmitted to the heating coil. For a long time, the temperature of the heating coil is high. Note:
When using battery and battery power supply, it must be ensured that the working voltage is above 4.5V,If not, do not use battery or battery power supply! Do not use dry battery power!
The width of the heated object should be between 1/3 and 1/2 of the inner diameter of the heating coil, and the maximum should not exceed 2/3.
For long-term use, it is recommended to use a copper tube as the coil and cool it with water.
LED power indicator to indicate whether the board is powered.
The reasons why the indicator light is off may be: 1. The line is not connected, and the power supply is not powered. 2. The board has component damage.
When the indicator light is dark, the power supply should be insufficient, and a larger power supply should be replaced.
