●Baltic birch/rosewood ? a carefully selected pairing of 9-ply Baltic birch for the body and rosewood for the frontplate delivers rich, deep and balanced tone; the playing surface is textured for better response when playing brushes
●Custom hand wound internal steel strings ? equipped with two sets of 8 custom hand wound micro-coiled steel cajon strings for a beautifully lush responsive snare through all dynamics; adjust the tension with the tuning screws on the bottom of the cajon
●Contoured playing area ? the exquisite rosewood playing surface is rounded at the corners and sanded down to form thumb notches where your hands lay in their natural position; this gives you exceptional contact with more comfort
●Refined sound for any setting ? the sound port has been fashioned with an extra thick wood ring for compression, as well as a pop filter to improve clarity when playing with a microphone located by the port where air rushes out (great for recording)
●Silicone feet ? attached to the underside of this cajon are 4 silicone feet that keep the instrument stable; they also protect the cajon while eliminating unwanted vibrations and sound interference to preserve its crystal-clear sound quality
