Using just your smartphone,you can set a schedule, and dose your liquids automatically.

Three working mode description:

1.Continuous mode: It is used in the scenario where the pump continues to run for a long time. After clicking Start, the pump will continue to run. Click the pump again to stop the operation; the flow rate can be adjusted during the pump operation;

2.Distribution mode: suitable for filling occasions, the pump runs for a certain amount and then automatically stops, the user can manually trigger the start, or set a number of cycles to let the pump run cyclically;

3. System settings: including control mode, tube type settings, Wi-Fi settings, recording functions, system information, system self-check, language settings, time settings, screen calibration, restore factory settings and other functions.

Each interface definition:

1. Fan: machine fan, used to remove the heat when the machine is working;

2.liquid level sensor interface: used for connecting and inserting liquid level sensor expansion components, so that the instrument has the function of liquid level detection;

3.temperature sensor interface: used for connecting and inserting temperature sensor extension components, so that the instrument has the function of temperature detection;

4.CAN communication interface: connect with RJ45 connector network cable, CAN remotely control the machine;

5.RS485 communication interface: connect to RJ45 connector network cable, remote control of the machine through RS485,

6. Wi-fi antenna: 2.4G Wi-Fi antenna, can be controlled through mobile App;

7.Integrated switch: switch and power cable interface,

8&9 expansion interface: used to connect with expansion equipment, such as foot switch, PC, PLC and other equipment, two ports can be inserted at will. However, in order to ensure availability, please use the standard wiring harness provided by our company.

In addition, the UIP smart peristaltic pump can also be used with a temperature sensor and a liquid level sensor.

Temperature sensors：(Regular models are not included, please purchase additional if necessary)

They can be used to monitor ambient temperature, liquid temperature or the temperature of other objects.

We have two kinds of temperature sensor, one is normal temperature model, code cT-2, its sensing temperature range is -55C ~+85℃C; The other is a high temperature model, code-named GT-2, its induction temperature range is -55℃ ~ +125℃C;

The temperature accuracy can reach ±0.5℃C at the common temperature (-10℃ ~ +85°C).

The default line length of the temperature sensor is 2 meters, that is, CT-2 or GT-2. But it can also be customized at 1 to 5 meters.

Level sensor

(Regular models are not included, please purchase additional if necessary)

1. The liquid storage bottle is used to provide the original liquid. When the liquid volume in the liquid storage bottle is nearly exhausted, the instrument will provide an alarm;

2. Used to collect external liquid conveying bottle, when the bottle is nearly full, the instrument provides an alarm, and can automatically stop the liquid feeding.

The default container capacity is 2L, and the container size is 125mm x 230mm. The cable length of the sensor is 2 m, and the pipe length is 2 m. The default pipe specifications are 5mm x 10mm.

Collection bottles are available in both vacuum and non-vacuum containers.

If you use your own container, we can also customize the sensor without container for you.
