The K2 First Lite is the perfect companion for any snowboard beginner. This board helps women of all ages become infected with the snowboard virus. The board was built to inspire new drivers confidence and awaken the hunger for more. The base of the First Lite is a Directional Twin, completed by K2s Catch-Free™Tune. This makes it incredibly easy to learn snowboarding, whether switch or regular - the snowboard drives absolutely identically in both directions. The K2 First Lite has our in-house rocker profile in combination with our catch free tune, which means that the snowboard is flat between the bindings and has rockers in both directions from the inserts. This ensures a very easy curve introduction and, above all, simplifies the edge change. Easy curve change also means fewer falls, so less breaks, more mountain time and significantly faster progress.
