This classic style black Herm Sprenger prong collar is well-known as an exquisite instrument to make strong and stubborn dogs obey. It is designed specially for dog training.

This dog pinch collar is composed of blunt prongs, center plate, assembly chain and 2 O-rings. The center plate with symmetrically aligned prongs balances the amount of pressure distributed along the collar.

With the 2 O-rings you can connect the leash to the item in 2 ways. Attach the lead to the dead ring when you have just put the device on your pet. Use the live ring to attach a backup collar or when the dog does not react to the dead-ring attachment.

The size of the collar is 23 inches/58 cm, so it is suitable for medium-sized dogs with 21 inches/53 cm neck circumference. But you can change the size of the item by adding or removing links.

How do I measure the neck size of my dog?

• Please put a measuring tape closely to the fur right behind the ears and under the jaw.
• Mind that two fingers should slip between the collar and the dogs neck. Or you can measure his neck and add two inches.
• When the collar is on his neck it should allow you to slide two fingers under the collar and your dogs neck.
• If theres extra room, you need a smaller size and you should remove links. If both fingers dont fit, the collar is too small and some links should be added.
