One gallon liquid concentrate makes up to 5 gallons (mix with 4 parts water). Recomended to be applied using watering with difuser. Shake well before use and thoroughly clean and rinse can with water after use. Covers approx. 450 to 500 SF depending on substrate. Lasts 12 to 24 months. Dries clear and allows water to permeate.
