Why cant the power reach 140W?

To achieve 140W of power, you need to use a data cable and input device that supports PD 3.1, such as the 2021 MacBook Pro 16-inch.

Why doesnt it maintain 140W input when I charge the 140W power bank?

Due to the high temperature during high-power charging, the built-in intelligent temperature control function of the 140W Power bank will reduce the charging power to cool down. The stable power will be within 65W.

Why is the battery draining so fast?

When you select the screen to always be on, the product is running, so it is normal for the battery to drain quickly. It drains 15% of the battery in about 24 hours. We recommend turning off the display when you are not using it.

What do I need to be aware of when using a 140W rechargeable for the first time?

When using for the first time, please use up the power bank, and then fully charge it to 100%.

Is the 140W power bank allowed on flights?

Yes, it has a capacity of less than 100Wh, is flight-approved and allowed on board.
