Applications:Because the flame on burner is straight top, So normally this kit is not goods for barbecue just for heatings. Max Working Pressure is 65mbar. Regulator can be take off is you need adjust other design. Use some soap water to check when you need connect new items to avoid leaking. |
How to Install ?
Installation Process:
1. Open patio heater side and close propane gas tank assembly valve (closed)
2. Unload the propane regulator valve hose
3. Use screws to disassemble the old gas control Box Assy (4 Bolt Hole Pattern Burner)
4. Install the new 50,000 BTU Patio Heaters Glass Tube Burner Module Replacement use. （NOTE: Maintain a horizontal position, do not tilt; This Heaters Glass Tube Burner Module has safety flameout protection and Anti Tilt Safety Devices）
5. The valve inlet thread at the bottom of the gas control Box assembly is a 3/8" flare male thread, which can be used with the American standard low-pressure propane adjustment hose with 3/8" flare female thread nut
6. The igniter needs to install the AAA battery (not included) by itself.
7. Connect the 5FT propane Regulator we provide with your 20lbs propane tanks.
