Description

The Empanada is a Latino favorite and the number-one finger-food appetizer at any party but, while eating it is fun, preparing it is another story. The traditional way of sealing an empanada is with a fork, a job that’s time consuming and leaves your fingers hurting. This tool shortens that job and makes it easier.


Using the Empanada Fork:

Place it over your pastry, push down on the handle, then place your fingers on the metal crescent and press down firmly for a neater seal. For reinforcement turn the pastry over and seal again. Use the Empanada Fork to make empanadas, apple turnovers, samosas or calzones, or use it to mash potatoes, bananas or chicken for tacos.
