Installation Introduction
- Step 1. Cut a simple notch in the door. Driil a dia.1/2" hole, 1/4" deep, 1" down from the top of the door.
- Step 2. Slip pull into position as shown. Mark down the screw hole locations on the door. Countersink to 5/16" dia.
- Step 3. Fasten side plates with wood screws. Align center section by loosening, and tightening machine screws.
- Step 4. Mark and mortise strike on jamb to correspond to lack position on door.
- Step 5. Drill a 15/16" diameter hole 1/2" deep in the center of the mortise.
- Step 6. Screw strike plate into position by using the flat headwood screw.
