Installation steps:
1. Rivet screw and cap together.
2. rivet both blades to the top cap.
3. Rivet blades in counterclockwise order.
4. Rivet the ring with holes below the blades.
5. Rivet the lower blades in order.
6. Place the L-shaped bracket on the screw and rivet the other end to the blade.
7. Tighten the nut on the screw to the open top nut.
8. Install the L-shaped bracket on the screw and install the spring washer with the nut.
9. Rivet the bottom ring to the L-shaped bracket with 8 holes.
10. Rivet the L-shaped bracket and screw on the nut.
11. Attach the bottom ring and the installation is complete.
