1. Wash the seeds.
2. Soak the seeds for about 12 hours (for example, mung beans).
3. Spread the seeds evenly on the hollow dish without overlapping them.
4. Cover with a layer of gauze and spray water 2-4 times a day to maintain moisture.
5. Add water to the water storage chassis and replace it every day. Generally, it can be harvested in about 5 days (note that water should not pass through the bottom of the hollow tray, otherwise it will be easily soaked).
6. Place the hollow plate on the chassis and place it in a cool place.
