User Notes:
- Before inserting the SD card reader, make sure the memory card is oriented correctly.
- If photos or videos cannot be transferred, make sure the memory card is properly inserted into the micro SD card USB adapter. Disconnect the SD card reader and memory card completely, then reconnect and try again.
- If the SD card adapter works the first time but stops the second time, or works some times, it may be that your SD card/Mirco SD card (TF card) has been damaged by prolonged use, please try another SD card/Mirco SD card (TF card).
- If the trail camera viewer prompts the data cable or accessories, it may be a bad contact, please unplug and reinsert. If there is a problem with re-insertion again, please use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol to clean the inside of the socket of your ipad or iphone.
- For iOS 9.2-12.4 users, you can view the full resolution directly by long pressing the thumbnail in the Photos app.
- For iOS 13 and later, it wont pop up and you can find Import in the Photos app or the Files app.
