●Sterile Syringe Filters: With proven performance, our syringe filters are sterile polyethersulfone (PES) syringe filters. Every batch of syringe filters is certified for HPLC extractable testing.
●Filter size: Membrane diameter 33 mm, Pore size: 0.22 Micrometres, 50 per pack. Pore structure is suitable for laboratory sterilization of small volume samples.
●Bacterial Challenge: LRV Greater than 7 per lot of 0.22 Micrometre pore size membrane (ATCC 19146, ASTM Bacterial Challenge Test). Less than 0.25 EU/mL or Less than 2.15 EU/equipment (LAL) for each batch of equipment pressure required to empty the syringe.
●High Flux: Larger filter surface area increases flow rate and flux. It also makes it easier to filter the solution because it reduces the pressure required to empty the syringe.
●Biosafety: Complies with USPB bioreactivity testing for Class VI plastics. to better ensure the accuracy of the experiment.

Sterile individually packed - Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane is the first choice for sterile filtration of culture media or serum. Recommended for sterilizing biological fluids, serum or tissue culture media additives.
Hydrophilic membrane - PES is an inherently hydrophilic membrane that wets out quickly and completely resulting in fast filtration with superior flow rates and high throughputs.
Low protein binding - PES is also extremely low protein binding minimizing the likelihood of target analyte binding. The low protein binding nature of the polyethersulfone membrane makes it well suited for biological sample preparation.
High throughputs - The highly asymmetric pore structure of Alberts Filter PES flat membrane offers a high dirty loading capacity, higher through-puts and higher flow rates than symmetrical membranes.
Applications- PES membrane for aqueous solutions provides removal of fine particles, bacteria, and fungi making it a versatile membrane for applications such as sample preparation, sterile filtration and infusion therapy.
