Young Peggy Sawyer from Allentown, Pennsylvania dreams of a career in musicals. Shes late for her audition for Julian Marshs new musical (Pretty Woman). But Peggy manages to get into the ensemble, and it turns out that working on the musical is more difficult than expected.
