Description

The ESC9800 speed controller adopts PID closed-loop control technology, adopts internationally advanced SMT patch production and electronic sealant anti-salt spray waterproof and other advanced technology to meet the increasingly developing engine control requirements. It is the electronic control unit of the engine electronic speed control system. It responds quickly and accurately to instantaneous changes in engine load to control engine speed. The controller is divided into two types: DC24V and DC12V (ie ESC9800-24V and ESC9800-12V). The steady-state speed regulation is adjustable, with droop characteristics, power indication function, battery voltage reverse protection, abundant interfaces, and precise speed control.

Terminal wiring instructions:
Terminal 1, No. 2: Electromagnetic Actuator
Terminal 3 and 4: Speed ??sensor
No. 5 and No. 6 terminals: power supply (No. 5 pin negative, No. 6 pin positive)
7 and 9 terminals: remote potentiometer
Terminals 10 and 11: Drooping switch (sagging when closed)
No. 7, 12 terminals: high/low speed switch (closed to idle speed)
No. 13 terminal: voltage speed control input (external parallel device)
Terminal 14: auxiliary 10V power output

Connection cable harness requirements:
Actuator cable: not less than 1.5mm2 copper wire
Power cord: copper wire with a cross-section of not less than 1.5mm2, the positive pole of the power supply (terminal 6) should be connected in series with a 1** fuse
