This is a 14 Ohm Rheostat, Please make sure your numbers match, Your numbers on your old rheostat must be one of these three numbers 207177 200657 233060 as there are two sizess for the Bobcat welders, the other size is a 10 Ohm, ask me if you need help figuring it out.
