FAQ
Q1: How to solve if the nozzle is clogged?
A: Please watch the QA video or search our channel "ENTINA 3D" on YouTube.
Q2: The extruder clicking and no filament come out of extruder, what is the problem and how to solve?
A: Filament has not loaded into extruder, making out chug noise, more likely the nozzle is clogged or filament guide tube is not properly installed. Check the guide tube joint first, if the guide tube is normal, refer to Q1 for resolution.
Q3:What operating systems are supported by the printers?
The Tina 2 printer is completely open source and supports windows, MAC and Linux operating systems, while the slicing software for different operating systems can be downloaded from our ENTINA 3D official website.
For MAC and Linux systems using usb connection to the printer, you need to install the CH340 driver to update your computers driver before you can successfully connect to the printer!
Print area of Tina2: 100 x 120 x 100mm, can be used with 1.75mm PLA, PLA pro, TPU filament, print accuracy 0.01 mm, layer thickness can be set:0.1-0.4mm!
