Why the alarm clock time only display when I touch it? It keeps turning on and off from time to time.

You may have set the alarm clock to "Sound Activated" mode(When the ambient noise reaches 90 decibels, knock the desktop it placed or clap,the screen will lit on automatically). You can switch the back button of the alarm clock to “Always On” mode.

Can you turn off the ring light around the alarm clock?

Yes, large button at the top of the alarm clock turned it off and on.

Does the alarm clock turn on light before the sound?

No, you can disable the light if you like and just get the sound.

How to turn the alarm off ?

Press the small Alarm buttons on the top just once. Bedroom clock with dual alarms - it allows you to set 2 different alarms for you and your family members.

Can the alarm clock work without cords? Can I use batteries to make the alarm clock work?

NO, It needs to be plugged in order to operate.
