Step 1 - Before sharpen, soak whetstone in water for about 10 minutes, until no bubbles come out.
Step 2 - Fix the whetstone with a rubber base to prevent slipping.
Step 3 - First use 400 grit sharpening stone for rough grinding, restore blade edge, keep 10-30°degree angle (Novices can use the angle guide to fix the angle), push the knife needs a little force, and then gently retracted, repeat for about 10 minutes. If the knife is not very dull, you can go directly to the next step.
Step 4 - Then use 1000 grit sharpening stone for fine grinding, keep 10-30 degree angle, lightly sharpen the knife back and forth repeatedly for about 5 minutes just fine.
