How To Use

Step 1:Soak the stone in water for about 10 minutes, after installing the rubber pad, place it on the bamboo base |
Step 2:Use the 400/1000 grit side for coarse grinding in 15~30° degree angle, lubricate with water to keep the stone wet |
Step 3:Then use the 3000/8000 grit side for fine grinding, fine polishing the blade, making edge very sharp |
Step4:After sharpening the knife, rinse off the whetstone and clean off the grinding residue, then placed in a ventilated place out to dry |
