When you are setting near 11:00,the metal rejeceted is Iron.
When you are setting near12:00,the metal rejeceted is Nickel.
When you are setting near13:00,the metal rejected is Zinc.
When you are setting near 15:00,the metal rejected is Copper.
- Warm tips for you better detection:
1.When searching in trash area, it’s better to set the DISC to 11:00 position, so that the unit can notch most of invaluable metal such as nails and small trashy iron.(Noted:Not suggested to test it indoors,there are many things,which will interfere the metal detector,so it will keep beeping.)
2.To detect a deeply buried target,you can increase the SENS according to the depth.When searching in highly mineralized area,the unit will sound even if theres no metal.In this case,you can lower the sensitivity and increase the height between the search coil and the ground until the false signal disappears.If necessary,reset the DISC you please.
3.Sensitivity level is generally in contradiction with that of the Discrimination.The higher the sensitivity level is , the worse discrimination will be. But you can lower the sensitivity to have better discrimination. 4.Please remove the batteries,as it can leak the chemicals,if not used for a long time,which can destroy the electronic parts.
5.If it cant work,please kindly check the connection cable and batteries, it might be connected incorrectly.
