Notice:

  • It is strictly forbidden to bend materials that exceed the specified diameter and strength, so as not to affect the life of the machine.
  • The steel bars must be placed horizontally at the bottom of the clamping fixture and make an angle of 90° with the axis of the chuck.
  • Loosen the switch immediately after it is cut to the end, and it is strictly forbidden to keep pressing it to avoid damage to the hydraulic bearing and motor
  • It is normal for the pump body to heat up after bending for dozens of times. Be sure to let the machine cool to normal temperature before using it to avoid damage to the pump body and seals due to excessive temperature.
  • Regularly check whether the screws of the pressure relief valve base are loose and tighten the screws to avoid oil leakage affecting the bending force.
  • Replace the hydraulic oil regularly, usually every 3-4 months.
