Water pump is one of an indespensable part of the cooling system while impeller is the core part of a water pump. When the coolant was pumped out, the pressure from center of the impeller would be reduced. Due to the different pressure value, coolant in the tank would be pump into the water pump so that constant cycle can be achieved.
