●IP68 Waterproof : All of our underwater lighting products have IP68 waterproof certification. The compliance of these standard has been documented by the CB test (Certificate of Body). The products have been tested and approved in independent laboratories for very long periods and harsh conditions. During electrical installation, we prevent water to get in to the lighting from electrical connection point by using IP 68 connector that comes with the product.
●What is Thermal Resin body technology? : The general problems in pool lighting are that the LEDs get hot and deteriorate or the water gets in the product with the excess heat generated by the LEDs. We solve this problem with a body made from thermal resin raw material, which is a carbon based plastic. Thanks to the patented body cooling channels, the thermal body easily transmits the heat generated in the LEDs to the water. Thus, the LED`s and the product do not get hot.
●Single Color SMD LED high wattage system: Equipped with SMD LEDs, the product has a power of 60W 6000 lumens in white color and 60W 3600 lumens in blue color. Unlike Halogen Lamps, SMD LEDs can provide high lumens for less watts.
●Safe Electrical System: In underwater lighting, 12 volts low voltage is the most reliable current in terms of human health protection. 50 volts and above are very dangerous in wet areas and underwater. For this reason, our products work with 12V AC Voltage. (Electronic transformer for 12v is required during installation, which is not included in the package).

Thermal Resin Cooling Body
AKER AL 4055TR LED Light has a unique patented thermal resin heat sink. A water coming from the nozzle in the pool mechanical motion and moves the overflow channels in the pool edge with its own flow. The water dives to specially crafted channel into the AL 4055TR LED light bulb in the fixture in the pool wall. The channels inside the AL 4055TR LED bulb circulate the entire surface of the water by the curvilinear movement in the water. Ensures that all surface and LEDs as the base of a very long life of the product by providing continuous water cooling the LEDs to ensure good flow and high-performance operation.
High Thermal Conductivity Thermal Resin Body Technology
Thermal resin is not a normal plastic. It is a special plastic containing carbon. The thermal conductivity coefficient in normal plastic type is approximately 0.04 W/mK. (W/mK = The Thermal conductivity measurement unit.) The thermal conductivity coefficient of the carbon-containing thermal resin raw material used in the body of our product is 20W/mK. The thermal conductivity coefficient is 500 times higher than according to normal plastics. Due to the carbon content of the raw material, the thermal resin is smoked gray. Thanks to its high technology and heat conducting resin material, it does not accumulate the heat generated in LED`s. It quickly transfers to the environment it is in. Thus, LEDs work long-lasting. Due to the excessive heat seen in many plastic products, problems such as plastic deformation and burning of LED`s are observed. Thermal resin material is resistant to salt water and corrosion that may occur in water.
Simple and Safe Electrical Installation with IP68 Connector
The biggest problem in surface-mounted products is the water leakage problem when connecting the cable coming from the pool with the cable coming from the product, is usually solved by using melt tape or special protective medicine. Thanks to the IP68 cable connector, we have solved this common problem and enabled electrical connections to be made easily and effectively. (IP68 waterproof connector comes with the product which does not require any cost.)
Electric Assembly
- Installation must be performed by a qualified staff.
- That the energy coming off even before installation so be sure to pay attention.
- After wrapping the excess cable on the product`s mounting feet, place the IP68 connector in the area opposite the cable outlet shown in the picture
SETUP
- Must use phase neutral circuit breaker before 12 AC transformer on the 110 V for your safety.
- The single colours products needs 12VAC Transformers. Please use IP67 transformers.
- Connect the 2 cables on the product to the cables coming from the transformer by isolating them using the IP68 connector.
- Turn on the Light.
Warning ! :
- Supply voltage of this product is AC12V. ; never connect to AC24V , DC12-24V or AC110V.
- Never connect two wires directly in case of short circuit.
- Lead wire should be connected correctly according to colors that connecting diagram offers.
