1.Q: When I have finished setting up, how do I determine the next watering time?
A: The storage start time of the product is calculated based on each setting time or power-on time. If you set your twice-daily watering time at 8 a.m., which is 24 hours divided by two, the device will work automatically at 10 p.m. The interval between each is 12 hours, and so on. If you set it to water once a day, 24 hours divided by once, the interval is 24 hours
2.Q: There is no water in the pump?
A: There may be air in the pump that prevents water from getting in. Please start the device repeatedly until the air is exhausted. Make sure to set the water mode to "FF%(Max)". Make sure the water level in the tank is above 10 cm
3.Q: Why cant the pump stop?
A: Please make sure the charger is connected to the correct outlet. Insert the power supply to the left of the controller and the water pump to the right of the controller.
4.Q: Is the dropper still dripping when the power is off?
A: It could be caused by the siphon effect. Check that the water pipe is securely connected to the irrigation head. The height of the water tank is lower than that of the factory.
5.Q: How do I control the water output?
A: The minimum water volume is 4 liters and the maximum water volume is 12 liters, from FO to FF. It is designed to ensure adequate water pressure. The actual amount of water can be adjusted through the drip irrigation head.
6.Q: Do I need to reset this product after shutdown?
A: The shutdown memory function has been programmed in advance. No need to reset. It will continue to work automatically after the power is switched back on.
