Can the angle of the backup camera be adjusted?

Yes, you can adjust the camera angle through the three gaskets included in the package.

How do I turn the guide lines on or off?

Cut green wire will close the parking guide lines ( default with guide lines); Cut blue wire will flip the image 180 degrees; Cut the white wire will switch image to facing front view (default is mirror rear view).
