Seller warrants that the parts being purchased hereunder were purchased by seller from the original equipment manufacturer and that seller holds the legal title to such parts and has the right to sell such parts. Such parts are sold by seller “as is.” Without any express warranties except as to source and title, and without and statutory implied warranties or either merchantability or fitness. Seller shall not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising out of the sale of parts by seller.
