Description

SMT-PHO005A kit is suitable for BTU less than 90,000 with low pressure propane system only.

The Kit Do Not Include the Air Mixer nozzles.

If the fire pit cannot lit, check your igniter and sparker and try to replace one.

Make sure the gas valve is opened before start lighter.

Safety warming: Close the gas if you do not want to use the fire pit for safety.

The air mixer valve and elbows is not included.

Great for DIY Propane Gas Fire Pit

You only need add the air mixer valve and elbows for your DIY propane fire pit, then this kit can great for building a new propane fire pit outdoor.

Working Manual:

1) Connect the 5 Feet regulator with hose on your 20-100lbs propane tank.

2) Connect the two male adapters with the brass key valve and keep tightly

enough. ( you can use sealing glue or sealing tape)

3) Connect the 3/8” male adapter on the valve with the regulator hose and fix it.

4) Insert the brass key valve into your fire pit control panel and keep the valve

chrome sleeve is exposed outside.

5) Connect the flexible corrugated hose with another side of 3/8” male flare

adapter on brass valve.

6) The flexible corrugated hose should be connect your current burner inlet

connect or air mixer nozzle. If your burner nozzle or adapter is 3/8” Male flare,

you have to get an adapter first to fit the flexible corrugated hose.

7) Insert the key to the gas valve spindle and fix it.

8) Make sure all connection are tightly.

9) Start your lighter and turn the gas valve till you saw the flame.

10) You can use soap water to check if any gas leakage on connection points.
