GIDING ADHESIVE SET

Wadities Gold Plating Adhesive is a special professional adhesive with excellent bonding strength and water resistance that reliably bonds copper and gold plated surfaces, as well as other inert metal surfaces, in a wide range of environments. It can be used on a variety of surfaces such as wood, glass, plastic, metal, stone etc.Especially suitable for various silver and gold foils, with good adhesion, it can make gold foil or other metal foils act on the surface of objects more durable and not easy to peel off, and can also maintain the original luster of the metal. Of course, it will have a better effect when paired with varnish.

Gilding adhesive:

Use the brush to apply the gilding glue evenly to the surface. The gilding glue has a strong adhesion after 30 minutes of drying, then the gold foil can be glued on the gilding glue.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Air dry the applied gold leaf surface for 24 hours, apply the varnish evenly with a brush to the dry gold leaf surface and wait for it to cure (approx. 30 minutes).

Gold foil:

Wadities imitation gold foil is carefully crafted from traditional raw materials and advanced techniques. It is stable in nature and has good weather resistance, fire resistance, acid and alkali resistance, pollution resistance, insect bite resistance, radiation resistance, odourless and permanently colourfast.

Brushes:

The first time you dip the brush in the paint, you should turn the brush slightly in the paint so that the bristles open up and absorb the paint fully. You simply dip the brush into the paint first, then lift the brush and wait a few seconds to allow excess paint to drip off before using it to brush onto the painted area.

After use the brush needs to be rinsed off with water and aired out for the next use.

Usage steps


Step 1: Clean the area to be worked on and ensure that it is clean and dry and free from oil and dirt. Brush the adhesive to appear blue light.	Step 2: Apply gold plating adhesive evenly to the surface to be coated with gold foil. Wait for the adhesive blue to become fransparent.	Step 3: Wait for the surface to dry (about 30 minutes) and start gluing the gold leaf after the surface has become sticky.	Step 4: After applying the gold leaf, air dry for 24 hours and then apply an even layer of varnish to the gold leaf surface.
