WOODBURNING MADE EASY TIPS:

Heating Before:

1. Apply the paste to the wood and allow it to dry for 5-10 minutes before heating.

2. Only a thin layer of burning paste is needed for heating. If the layer is too thick, it can produce carbon substances. If any carbon substances remain, scrape them off.

Burning Problem:

1. Recommended power for the heat gun is 1200W-2000W. Preheat the heat gun until the temperature reaches 374℉-392℉/190℃-200℃ Celsius.

2. Preheat the entire wood surface, then use a heat gun to burn for 1-3 minutes to change the black. Heat guns less than 1200W may burn the wood and take longer to heat 3-10 minutes.

3. Adjust the angle of the heat gun to heat the wood evenly and The distance between the heat gun and the board is 2-5CM to prevent burning.

Burning After:

4. After burning, wipe off any black powder with a dry cloth. Finish by coating with mineral oil or Clear Resin. Note: These instructions are for reference only. Please use caution when handling heat guns and other tools.
