Based on a typical modernized suburban home, the Brick Cape Cod House is a welcome addition to any 1950s and later neighborhood. This injection-molded styrene kit features parts molded in appropriate colors. Also included are three different front walls with appropriate windows and doors, an add-on roof mounting pad for interior lighting (lighting old separately) and complete instructions. The finished model measures: 4-1/4 x 3-5/8 x 3". 10.7 x 9.2 x 7.6cm.
