Description
Set of 300 Insect Pins - 100 of each size: 00, 2 and 5, each with its own, labeled storage vial. Size #00 are for very small insects, size #2 are for medium-sized insects and size #5 are for large insects. With this 300 piece set, you should have what you need for most entomology activities. Phusis (means "nature" in Greek) insect pins are made from high quality stainless steel with a resin head. Stainless steel insect pins are essential for preserving your specimens. Do not use sewing pins for your insect collections!
Phusis insect pins come in sturdy, safe plastic vials not paper packets or plastic bags. This packaging method keeps your pins organized, prevents lost pins and is efficient for storing your pins.
Each pin is 40mm (just over 1.5 in) in length.
