If you do not know what this means than you are probably expecting the product that you buy at a big box store or auto-parts store and this is not it. It is designed to wet out quickly and it comes apart easily. To reduce the annoyance of fibers sticking to your gloves: always wet the surface the mat is being applied to prior to laying the mat. Please do not give us bad reviews because the product comes apart easily, it is simply powder bound and it is in its nature and is performing as intended.
