Accusize 3602-5026 26-pc set Radius Gages

Accusize metric 26-piece set radius gauges, 0.5 mm -13.0 mm come with a holder.

• They are made of stainless steel, satin chrome finished, rust-proof and highly wear-resistant.
• These gauges are individually marked, allowing direct read and improving efficiency.

Radius measurement

Each piece of the gage has different types of edge for various radius measurement:

• concave radius
• convex radius
• inside corner radius
• fillet/outside curve
• partial radius

Usage Scene

Use the gages to measure the radius when it is hard to use micrometres or calipers to do the job, especially when it is difficult to get the measurement across two points. E.g.

• Measuring a curve
• Measuring an arc

When it is hard to use fingers to hold the gauge tp amid the measurement, use the holder to hold the gauge and measure the radius.

Instruction:

1. Select a gauge that seems to match the curve or arc. Hold the gage against the workpiece. Each blade has multiple different measuring edges. Use the one that fits the surface of the workpiece.
2. Try it with the gages of different sizes around the firstly selected gages until the entire contact edge fits perfectly.
3. Read the measurement marked in the blade
