Yes, of course. Designed for Bass, the R-28 DOUBLE THRUSTER, a high gain overdrive pedal.

Does this pedal come with the power supply or adapter?

No, both are not included. I highly recommend JOYO mutli-tipped 9V adapter and power supply with noise reduction technology. Because an incompatible power supply may cause the noise, pedal damage, cant turn on, powered but cant work properly.

What are the tips to eliminate current noise?
