Oury Grip End Plugs New Style - Compatibility Specs: The minimum bar diameter should be just under 0.75" (19mm). They should fit bars smaller than this (with a bit of effort) but they definitely will not fit into anything smaller than 0.625". The max bar ID is about 0.80" (20.25mm).
