The Lebus Ratchet Load Binder is used to secure heavy cargo with chain to a trailer for transport of freight. It is for use with Grades 70, 80 and 100 Chain. Binder comes with standard Crosby A-323 Alloy Eye Grab Hooks. The Lebus Ratchet Binder L-140 is a Crosby cargo control product. The ratchet chain binder is the most common and safe type of load securing binder. The two tension hooks are brought together by ratcheting the handle on the binder. This tightens the transport chain and secures the load to the trailer for safe cargo control.
